Caversham Park Church was established to serve a large estate of newly built housing. Services began when the school was built and the school hall hired for weekly use. This continues to be the venue for Sunday services.

The ministry was originally shared between an Anglican curate from the Anglican Parish and a Methodist minister from Caversham Heights & Gosbrook Road Methodist Churches. As the church developed, the Baptist Church joined the partnership and a formal covenant was accepted by the three churches. This was extended when the United Reformed Church was accepted into the agreement. Worship is now enriched by using services developed from all four traditions.

The church meets at Caversham Park School, Queensway, Caversham RG4 6RP. Queensway is off Caversham Park Road, the northern perimeter road of the village which runs from Kiln Road, Emmer Green to Henley Road.
