Safeguarding Training

During the summer of 2011 the Connexion replaced the Module A Safeguarding training with a new version of this course, "Creating a Safer Space  Foundation Module".  This course has all the content of Module A with further detail on vulnerable adults and the content is now entirely church based. 

If you have attended Module A you DO NOT need to attend the new course.

Bookings to be made with Marion Young at the Circuit Office or on the website booking form which gives the opportunity to select a preferred and an alternative course from the dates times and places above. 

It is recommended that Safeguarding Co-ordinators book people from the local church on to training events so as to keep a check on the people being trained to ensure completion of training by November. However, individuals can book themselves on to events after informing their Church Safeguarding Co-ordinator.

We aim to complete this first phase of training by the end of November.
